Riwaq Najd is a Saudi engineering consultancy headquartered in Riyadh, established in 2015. We work across multiple disciplines to support private, commercial, industrial and large-scale projects — from design and coordination through to permits and approvals, engineering supervision and technical support.
What brings our projects together, whatever their scale or type, is that Riwaq’s role is defined and documented before work begins. The owner knows what will be delivered, the team knows where its scope ends, and the authority receives a compliant submission package the first time.
Local knowledge of authority requirements
We know how the conditions are read, and how an approval file actually moves through the municipalities, MODON and Civil Defence.

Architectural, structural, MEP, safety and BIM under one roof, so there are fewer break points between disciplines.

No. We work with owners, developers, contractors, consultancy teams and government entities, with the scope defined in writing for each engagement.
Which sectors do you cover?
Four main sectors: private projects, major and Vision projects, industrial projects, and commercial projects — in addition to healthcare, education and government housing projects.
Do you carry out construction, or do you only design?
Riwaq is a consultancy practice: we design, review, supervise construction and support approvals. We do not carry out construction or supply materials, helping preserve our independence in supervision.
