We don’t present projects by their size, but by the role we played in them. Each project below has a clearly defined scope of service — design, review, discipline coordination, safety, approvals, or construction supervision.

The Red Sea
We worked as part of a group of international consultancies on design review, redesign and the approval of engineering drawings — as one of the first local practices approved on the project.

Major & Vision Projects
North Riyadh
Engineering consultancy services across several towers within the district: design review and redesign, preparation of shop and as-built drawings, and obtaining operating and safety permits.

Government
Ministry of Interior
A housing project with specific requirements, combining everyday residential needs with operational and security requirements.

Government
Riyadh
Review and redesign of two towers to align with the Saudi Building Code and user requirements, with ongoing coordination with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and Riyadh Municipality.

Sudair Industrial City
A bottled-water production facility built around one continuous hygienic production route: raw water intake, filtration and treatment, automated filling lines, storage and administration offices.

Second Industrial City, Riyadh
A facility combining production lines, showrooms and offices, with circulation designed to separate trucks from visitors. With large-scale products, handling and storage routes shaped the building before any architectural decision was made.

Industrial
—
Bottled-water production facilities following the same approach: a continuous hygienic production route, MEP systems planned alongside the design rather than added later, and safety designs integrated in line with Civil Defence requirements.

North Jeddah
A contemporary office building with a ground floor dedicated to cafés, opening the building onto its surroundings, and flexible administrative floors designed to support collaborative working.

Commercial · Design
Riyadh
A mixed-use complex of shops and service spaces, designed around clear circulation: so visitors can understand the building without being told. Means of egress and firefighting systems were integrated into the layout from the outset.

Private Projects
Riyadh
A residential compound in a contemporary architectural language, designed to sit comfortably within its surroundings. The layout considers the transition between indoors and out in response to the Kingdom’s climate and way of life.

Riyadh
A number of private villas, each with a different programme based on the family’s needs: the majlis entrance and separation, family spaces, bedroom privacy, and extension into the outdoors.

The drawings are the property of our clients and are not published. We can discuss the methodology and engineering challenges in a meeting.
We work across all regions of the Kingdom and are headquartered in Riyadh. Different regions mean different approving authorities and requirements, which we consider at the start of every project.
Yes. We work with owners, developers, contractors and consultancy teams, with the scope defined in writing for each engagement.
The projects above vary in size and sector, but what they share is that Riwaq’s role was clearly defined and documented before work began.
