Projects where we delivered a clearly defined engineering scope

We don’t present projects by their size, but by the role we played in them. Each project below has a clearly defined scope of service — design, review, discipline coordination, safety, approvals, or construction supervision.

FAQs

What People Ask Most Often

Do you showcase all your projects?

No. Some projects cannot be published at the client’s request or due to their nature, while others are still under construction. Everything shown here has been approved for publication.

Can I view the drawings for one of the projects?

The drawings are the property of our clients and are not published. We can discuss the methodology and engineering challenges in a meeting.

Have you worked in my city or region?

We work across all regions of the Kingdom and are headquartered in Riyadh. Different regions mean different approving authorities and requirements, which we consider at the start of every project.

We’re a contractor or developer — can you work directly with us rather than only with the owner?

Yes. We work with owners, developers, contractors and consultancy teams, with the scope defined in writing for each engagement.

Every Project Has Its Scope… Yours Has One That Fits

The projects above vary in size and sector, but what they share is that Riwaq’s role was clearly defined and documented before work began.
