It depends. For a simple villa, traditional coordination may be sufficient, while in a multi-storey building or industrial facility, early clash detection can be more cost-effective than resolving issues on site.
What level of development do you work to?
It is defined according to the purpose: a coordination model differs from a model for quantity take-off or one intended for operation. We agree on it in writing as part of the scope of work.
Do we receive the model file itself?
Yes, within the scope and delivery format agreed upon in the scope of work.
We have 2D drawings — can you convert them into a model?
