The sectors are a way of speaking to different client needs, not a limitation on the types of projects we support. Our work also includes healthcare and educational facilities, mosques and government housing projects. Share your project type with us, and we’ll define the right scope.
We’re a contractor or developer, not an owner — can you work with us directly?
Yes. We work with owners, developers, contractors and consultancy teams, with the scope defined in writing for each engagement.
Does your approach differ from one sector to another?
The four stages remain the same, but what happens within them varies: for a factory, the process starts with the production line; for a villa, with the family’s way of life; and for a major project, with the interfaces between parties.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Yes, across all regions of the Kingdom. Different regions mean different approving authorities and requirements, which we consider at the start of every project.
