Architectural & Structural Design … From Use to Documentation

The design is not simply a form drawn and then built. It is a translation of actual use — a family’s way of life, a production line, or a commercial activity — into documents that can be built from without relying on site improvisation.

FAQs

What People Ask Most Often

Do you design for land that has not yet been purchased?

Yes, and this is often the best time to get in touch. The land dimensions, setbacks and building ratios determine what can actually be built, and an early assessment may even influence the purchase decision itself.

What is the difference between an architectural plan and construction documents?

An architectural plan sets out the concept and layout. Construction documents turn it into the details, specifications and dimensions the contractor can build from without relying on personal interpretation.

Is structural design handled within your team or through another consultancy?

Within the same team. This helps prevent the common clashes between what the architect has designed and what the structural system can accommodate.

We already have a complete design package — can you review it only?

Yes. Independent review is a standalone scope, and many of our clients start with it.
